Turtle Races are held Thursday’s and Saturday’s and will start June 15. Ends August 31 2017.
LACC has space to rent for events such as weddings, dances, and parties. A $50 refundable deposit will be paid when making reservation to insure facility is left in the same condition as found. Basic rates apply to all private, commercial and nonprofit use. Weekly or regular scheduled facility use will be contracted separately and paid in advance monthly. The LACC is not responsible for any items left in the building.
The banquet hall seats 110 using 60″ round tables, seats 150 if using auditorium style. Rates for Weddings pertain to use of Auditorium, Banquet Hall and Kitchen, which is $500 for day of event, $100 for day prior for setup.
The auditorium seats 175 and the balcony seats 25. The cost is $30 an hour plus $50 minimum use fee.
The kitchen includes dishes, flatware, and coffee pots. The cost for full use of the kitchen is $50 flat rate in addition to any banquet hall fees. Minimal use of the kitchen (serving coffee / refreshments from the counter area) is $20 flat rate. Tablecloths are available $2.50 each and LACC will launder.
We also have a board room that seats 8 to 10 and costs $10 per hour. LACC Board has priority on use of this room. No minimum use fee.
